1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and ZAD LOGISTICS LTD, a private limited company registered in England with its office at 99 Millgate, YO8 3LL, England (“ZAD Logistics”, “we”). By creating an account or paying for any plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. What the service does
ZAD Logistics provides an AI-assisted customer support, quote estimation and route recommendation product for cross-border shippers. The service helps you collect shipment requirements, surface benchmark rate ranges and route options, and prepare your enquiry for a licensed forwarder or carrier.
- Quotes shown are estimation ranges, based on anonymised market data and public tariffs.
- Quotes are not binding contracts of carriage.
- Actual transport is performed by carriers selected by you or your forwarder.
3. Your account
You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity taking place under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Plan or promote the shipment of goods that are illegal in the origin or destination country.
- Circumvent customs controls, export controls or sanctions.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform in a way that violates these terms.
- Misrepresent dangerous goods, weapons or controlled substances as general cargo.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD exclusive of VAT.
- Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Invoices are issued via Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of access after 7 days.
6. Single purchases and credits
- Single quote packs grant a fixed number of quote requests and chat access for 30 days.
- Credit top-ups carry a 12 month validity window from the date of purchase.
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value.
7. Refund policy
We offer refunds to help you try the service with confidence:
- Monthly plans: pro-rata refund available within 14 days of the first payment if usage stayed below 20 quote requests.
- Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days, pro-rata refund between day 15 and day 60.
- Single quote packs: unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credit top-ups: unused credits refundable within 14 days, partially used credits non-refundable.
- All refunds are processed back to the original Stripe payment method within 10 business days.
8. Limitation of liability
ZAD Logistics provides estimation and support tools “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of the estimation.
9. Third-party carriers
ZAD Logistics is not a carrier, freight forwarder of record or customs broker. Any contract of carriage you enter into with a carrier is a direct agreement between you and that carrier. We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, customs disputes or claims arising from the actual performance of any shipment.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, fraud or unlawful activity. On termination, we will retain data only as required by law or legitimate business need.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
